Vår matfilosofi er basert på kortreist mat og drikke fra lokale leverandører og produsenter,

og vårt kjøkken blir drevet etter bærekraftige prinsipper.

  • Grillet squash med couscous & sesongens grønnsaker

  • Isterdalens rømmegrøt med sukker, kanel, smørøye, spekemat & flatbrø

  • Trollburger med sesongenssalat, bacon, ost, tomater, rødløkmarmelade, pommes frites, sylteagurk & dressing

  • Reinsdyrkarbonader med potet confit, tyttebær, rødløkmarmelade, sesongens salat og blåbær- & rødvinsaus

  • Laks med potet confit, gulrotpuré, asparges, cherrytomater & persilladeaioli

  • Pannestekt marinert biffsnadder med paprika, rødløk, purre, sjampinjong, bernaisesaus & bakt potet

 

Vi har også dagens dessert, smørbrod, kaker, vaffler og andre snacks!
